Forrest Gump

For me "Forrest Gump" is one of those movies that when I see it on TV, I have to turn it on and watch it, no matter how many times I have already seen it. This is the movie that made everyone want to say "Run Forrest, run" and made the characters Bubba and Lt. Dan so popular.

"Forrest Gump" is about an average man (with an IQ of 75) who is involved in every major history event from the 50's to the 80's. We see Forrest from a young boy with braces on his legs to an adult getting married to the love of his life, and all his adventures in between. Although this is a fictional movie, it gives audiences a fun look at American history, with a character that is so nice that you can't help but love him.
