Demon Zombies

Author Brian Keene has a new outlook upon what zombies are. In his books, The Rising and City of the Dead, the zombies are people that have dies and their souls moved on who are possessed by demons banished from this realm by God. The live in a place called the void and are the bringers or destruction of all life on earth. I enjoyed this writers new take on what zombies are thought to be. I most of all enjoyed his detailed writings on the types of demons that these beings were and how they came to be. It was a break from the normal zombie, as these zombies were sentient and capable of advanced military tactics and a high level of intelligence.
